Teamwork ... that Works!

Neil Dempster will wow your audience!Contrary to popular opinion, there is an 'I' in teamwork! (Yes, all those posters that claim otherwise are just plain wrong!)

We all know that high-performance teamwork results in improved products and services for customers and other stakeholders—we also know that teams are the proven way to accomplish an organization's strategic performance objectives. So why do so many teams flounder and fail to deliver consistent results?

Although there are several reasons, one of the most common is a lack of individual accountability. This typically occurs when an organization focuses on developing team concepts without first establishing a foundation of individual commitment—in essence, before you can have self-directed teams, you must have self-directed individuals. This workshop embeds the individual accountability model into ANY team environment.

Target Audience

Teams operate within organizations in many different configurations—some are formal; others are informal ... some will be in place for the long-term; others only until a specific goal or outcome is accomplished. Regardless of the configuration or purpose, this workshop will help your team perform at its maximum potential. The target audience includes:

  • Existing team members
  • Project team or taskforce members
  • Team leaders
  • High-potential employees
  • 'Traditional' managers who need to learn effective team concepts
