Neil Dempster is a business performance veteran, author, master motivator, and an expert in helping organizations build a performance-based culture. He has helped thousands of people behave themselves into a new way of thinking. Neil speaks from a lifetime of experiences in the trenches and from within the corporate boardroom. These experiences have taken him from driving a truck for Coca-Cola while going to university to consulting with senior leadership in many of the Fortune 500. Along the way, he has accomplished the following:
- Sales representative for a Fortune 100 company (Harris Corporation) in the Lanier office products division where he was consistently in the top 1% out of 1,200 sales representatives world-wide.
- Promoted to sales manager and subsequently branch manager for the same organization where he had P&L responsibility for the sales, service and administration departments.
- Started a multi-million dollar telecommunications company that won over a dozen industry awards for exceptional sales performance and quality service.
- Researched and developed a series of comprehensive leadership development, management training and employee engagement training programs that have been delivered to tens of thousands of people in diverse organizations worldwide.
Today, as one of the founding partners of Clearview Performance Systems, he is able to use his expertise in achieving extraordinary employee performance to benefit diverse organizations all over the world. He brings high-impact methods, practical recommendations and personnel commitment to every human performance challenge.

A lifelong-learner, Neil has a passion for knowledge (although he now wishes he had paid more attention when he was in high school!). His formal education includes (in reverse chronological order):
- He is currently in the dissertation phase for a PhD in Organizational Psychology from Northcentral University. His dissertation topic is: The Moderating Role of Subclinical Narcissism on Employee Intentions to Use Constructive Criticism to Improve Performance. He will graduate in 2012.
- Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Northcentral University.
- Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Ottawa University.
- In a previous life, he attended two years of a three year mechanical engineering program before being lured away by his interest in the human performance elements of business and commerce.
As a member of the National Speakers Association (NSA) and the International Federation of Professional Speakers, he is required to continually enhance his knowledge. He has been awarded the following certification:
- Certified Speaking Professional (CSP), the highest earned designation within the speaking industry (a distinction held by less than ten percent of professional speakers worldwide).

Little Known Fact #1: Neil has been an avid scuba diver and is NAUI (National Association of Underwater Instructors) certified. His diving experiences include cave diving, ice diving, altitude diving, several decompression dives and—his favorite—shipwrecks!
Little Known Fact #2: He has jumped out of a perfectly good airplane several times.

Little Known Fact #3: Neil has an affinity for high-performance super-sport motorcycles and owned several including a Kawasaki ZX-10, one of the fastest production sport motorcycles ever produced.

Little Known Fact #4: He was invited to fly the F-16 Flight Simulator at Luke Air Force Base in Arizona as part of a business outreach program. Here he is 'flying' at Mach 1.7 (1,017 mph) at 30,000 feet.

Little Known Fact #5: Neil is becoming quite renowned as a bread-baker using the traditional hand-kneading method and all-natural ingedients.
Little Known Fact #6: He enjoys long, intellectually-stimulating conversations with his wife and soulmate while watching sunsets from the patio of their home in Arizona.

Little Known Fact #7: Neil's love of scuba diving and marine life has spilled over into his living room where this salt-water enthusiast looks after a 700 gallon aquarium.

Little Known Fact #8: He loves to read non-fiction business books and gets up at 4:00 am every morning to fulfill his commitment to himself of reading one book per week.
